Fully Outsourced Model

We prepare end to end financial statements from the trial balance including complex consolidations. We work closely with clients to obtain disclosure information and liaise with auditors on behalf of the client to ensure optimal efficiency in the process.

Partially Outsourced Model 

Some clients have in-house expertise for the preparation of certain aspects of their financial statements and partner with the client team covering various aspects including disclosure compliance, formatting, consolidations etc.

We have prepared financial statements in a variety of industries including mining, construction, utilities, financial services, agriculture, manufacturing, retail & services and have developed in-depth experience around the disclosure requirements within these industries.

Given our experience in the field of financial statement preparation, we have also developed in-house depth on a variety of complex IFRS issues affecting businesses. Our team consists of technical IFRS experts who have experience in the practical application of IFRS requirements to a variety of issues.
